These deliberately selected properties are each positioned in sought-after locations with proximity to major employment and entertainment hot spots. This acquisition expands the continuously growing Ashland Greene Capital portfolio to over 5000+ units valuing over 900M+ total AUM across DFW.
Ready to make an immediate impact, Ashland Greene Capital has begun the value-add process. The new properties will be rebranded as follows.
- Gold Creek, Ashland Greene’s first Class A property has been rebranded as Remi Apartment Homes.
- Red Rock begins its value-add process as Decker Apartment Homes.
- Avenida has been rebranded to Holbrook Apartment Homes.
